Exchange Students
Applicants from partner universities and colleges should first consult with their home institution to confirm if there is any special agreement with Seisen University with regard to tuition. If there is no special agreement, tuition is calculated based on the number of credits attached to the classes that the student plans to take. One credit is ?11,000. Two-credit class therefore costs ?22,000. For the syllabus, see the link below:

National Health Insurance
All students, both regular and exchange, who plan to study at Seisen University for longer than three months and are issued Residence Cards, are required to be covered by the Japanese National Health Insurance.
